To facilitate administrative submission of information for faculty advancement, this page provides quick links to the various submission portals for the corresponding faculty action. Please refer to the appropriate page for more detailed information on that submission process. Only authorized users in the respective dean’s office should submit information using these forms.
Submit Promotions and Tenure Candidate Names and Unit Committee Chair Names
- Submit Candidate Names (all campuses)
- Submit Unit Committee Chair Names (Columbia campus only)
Submit Faculty Appointment and Review Files
- Submit Tenure Appointment Files (Hires with Tenure)
- Submit Professional-Track Faculty Appointment and Promotion Files (including transfers between the tenure-track and professional-track faculty ranks, as well as Bridge to Faculty conversions)
- Submit Endowed Chair Appointment and Reappointment Nominations Files
- Tenure and Promotion Files are submitted to the Office of the Provost by the dean’s office through Blackboard. For assistance with this process, to add a new administrator to the Blackboard organization, or for any other questions, please contact the Office of the Provost at [email protected].
