The Columbia Faculty Manual requires reporting committee chair names both for unit professional-track faculty committees and for unit tenure and promotions committees. Units shall elect chairs for these committees and report them to the Office of the Provost by April 15 each year. Reporting chair names in this submission portal also makes them available to the appropriate committee chair of the University Committee on Professional-Track Faculty and the University Committee on Tenure and Promotions.

If you are reporting the name of a unit tenure and promotion committee chair for 2024-2025, please fill out the form below. The requirement to report professional-track promotion committee chair names takes effect April 15, 2025.
