Ombuds
An ombuds serves as a confidential, neutral, informal and independent resource for
concerns and conflicts.
Faculty Civility Advocate
The charge of the FCA is to adjudicate complaints of workplace bullying as dictated
in the Workplace Bullying Policy (ACAF 1.80 [pdf]) in an independent and just manner. Contact the Faculty Civility Advocate ([email protected]) for more information.
Staff and Employee Assistance
Counseling, mediation, staff grievances and help with workplace issues or personal
