Faculty-Led Programs

If you are planning to study abroad on a faculty-led program, you must contact the program's faculty leader for details about the application process. In addition to the application materials required by the faculty leader, students must electronically submit the documents listed below to the Education Abroad Office. Be sure to meet the deadlines for both the academic department and the Education Abroad Office. 

APPLY NOW 

Step 1: Contact the program contact listed on the program directory page of your chosen program.  Once you have received their approval, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Complete the initial application using the “APPLY NOW” link above.

Step 3: Log into your application and complete all Part One requirements.

  • Program Selection
  • Four agreements
  • Education Abroad Application Fee (Undergraduate students only)
  • Submit

Step 4: Education Abroad will Pre-Approve your application.

Step 5: Log into your application and complete all Part Two requirements.

  • Financial Aid Pre-Screen Form (Spring Break,​ Winter Break,​ and Fall Break applicants do not need to fill out the Financial Aid Pre-Screen Form)
  • Passport Upload
  • Medical Information
  • Pre-Departure Modules 

Step 6: Education Abroad will contact you regarding Final Approval.
