Professional Practice

Professor Scott has been a nurse for over thirty years primarily working in critical care (adult and pediatric cardiothoracic surgery). Previously, she was a Director of Cardiovascular Services, and an outcomes analyst at Piedmont Medical Center. She has taught in undergraduate nursing programs since 2004 and holds 2 certifications, one as a nurse educator (CNE) and one as critical care nurse (CCRN-K).
