Background

Prior to joining the Department of Retailing, Lyndsey Herring worked for five years as an operations specialist at Training Concepts. In 2019, Herring accepted the position of director of alumni relations at the University of South Carolina Alumni Association, working with the Board of Governors, membership and the marketing team, and serving alumni. Herring is finally home in HRSM serving as the administrative coordinator to the Department of Retailing chair.

While an undergraduate at the University of South Carolina, Herring was a member of the University of South Carolina Mighty Sound of the Southeast Marching Band. Herring and her husband, Matt, daughter, Lizzy, and son, Liam, all enjoy cheering the Gamecocks on!
