All eligible participants will receive a Fitbit to monitor their physical activity. In addition to receiving the Fitbit, some participants will be matched with a coach who will assist them with increasing their physical activity throughout the 12-week intervention This study is being conducted by the University of South Carolina in partnership with other cancer care organizations across the US.
Who can be a part of Moving Forward Together 4?
Women who:
- Are 21 years or older
- Have been diagnosed with Stage 0-3 breast cancer
- Do not participate in regular physical activity
- Able to walk without assistance
- Able to read and speak in English
- Has access to a Smartphone or tablet
Participants do not have to live in South Carolina to participate.
