Moving Forward Together 4

Moving Forward Together 4 (MFT4) is a research study aimed at increasing physical activity among women facing breast cancer through a home-based exercising walking program.

All eligible participants will receive a Fitbit to monitor their physical activity. In addition to receiving the Fitbit, some participants will be matched with a coach who will assist them with increasing their physical activity throughout the 12-week intervention This study is being conducted by the University of South Carolina in partnership with other cancer care organizations across the US.

Who can be a part of Moving Forward Together 4?

 Women who:

  • Are 21 years or older
  • Have been diagnosed with Stage 0-3 breast cancer
  • Do not participate in regular physical activity
  • Able to walk without assistance
  • Able to read and speak in English
  • Has access to a Smartphone or tablet

Participants do not have to live in South Carolina to participate.
