Bio: James Lockemy studies early US history. He serves as Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and has spent many years as a judge in South Carolina. He served in the South Carolina House of Representatives for seven years and has served 43 years in the military. In addition to school and work, he is also active in the community in his hometown of Dillon, SC.
