Request An Event Space

Process For Requesting Space

  • Log in to 25 Live with your organization’s network ID (that’s your email without the @mailbox.sc.edu) and password.
  • Look for the ‘Create an Event’ button in the middle of the screen. Fill out the web form completely and click ‘save’.
  • We review each request and will get back to you within three business days. If you need to make a change to your request or have any questions in the meantime, you may contact the Conference Center at [email protected] or call 803-777-6636.

  • Look for the ‘Create an Event’ button in the middle of the screen. Fill out the web form completely and click ‘save’.

  • Please contact the Conference Center at [email protected] with the following information:
    1. Name of event
    2. Date and time of event requesting
    3. Contact info
  • We will review your request and will get back to you within three business days

Changing or Canceling a Reservation

Once the event is requested, only the Conference Center office may edit that request.  If you need to make changes or cancel an event, please let us know.
